TKEs Patrol Langdon Street for Neighborhood Watch
March 29, 2008 - The men at Lambda Chapter participated in the Langdon Street Neighborhood Watch program in an effort to promote safety in Madison. The TKEs walked up and down Langdon Street from 11pm-3am on a Saturday night as part of the Greek Community's innovative system to deter local crime.
TKEs Collect Canned Foods for Local Charity
November 2007 - The TKEs braved the cold weather to collect canned food from a Madison-area neighborhood as part of Project GIVE. Along with Sigma Chi and Gamma Phi Beta, Tau Kappa Epsilon went door-to-door hanging brown paper bags on doors of a local neighborhood explaining the project to the residents. The following week the bags were collected, with canned goods, and returned to campus to be delivered to a local charity.
